Away by Abei / Travel planner
A personal travel planner that brings daily itineraries, bookings, packing lists and maps into one place.
The product
Away by Abei connects the planning before a trip with the decisions made while travelling. Instead of keeping stops, confirmation files and packing notes in separate places, each trip has a shared workspace.
The current beta supports multiple trips, with each trip connected to its own Google Sheet and Drive folder. Trips can be shared with owner, editor and viewer permissions.
How it works
Create a trip or connect an existing compatible itinerary. Browse stops by day, open locations on the map, keep booking confirmations with the trip and track what has been packed. Switch between trips without losing the earlier itinerary.

The app’s three main workspaces
Planning on the move
Daily timelines keep places, addresses, transport notes and visit details together. Map navigation helps connect the itinerary with the place you are actually in.
Bookings cover travel and accommodation as well as custom categories; confirmation PDFs and images can stay with the trip. Packing lists support categories and packed / used tracking.
Shared trips & your own records
The itinerary remains connected to Google Sheets and Drive. Editors can update a shared trip, while viewers can read it. Offline drafts wait for synchronization, with conflicting edits offered for review.
Trip tools include JSON export and cloud backups. Maps and destination weather require a connection.
